Shirl Passman
is an international award winning member of The New Hampshire Professional Photographers of America, New England Professional Photographers of America, and the Professional Photographers of America national organization. She has won numerous Blue Ribbons, a Gold Ribbon Judge's award, and the Fuji Masterpiece Award. Her print, “Essence of the Orient” (found in the Awards Gallery) was also selected to for the PPA permanent loan collection.
She is also a member of the NH Society of Photographic Artists. She is a Graduate of the NH Institute of Art, Webmaster for her website and the NHPPA Website. She can often be found in seminars and workshops in the New England area.
Although specializing in fine art photography, she is extremely interested in environmental photography, portraiture, still lifes, and fine art representations of old -- preferably crumbling -- buildings.
Shirl lives in Acton, MA, where she was President of Acton's community theater, Theatre III, for 11 years.
